This is what I look for at your wedding . . .

Of course, love is the best part of any wedding day. There are so many special moments shared between the bride and groom aside from the portraits that your family and friends see. I’m always watching from a distance, documenting every forehead kiss, every look you give each other, and your interactions with your guests.

Who doesn’t plan to have fun on their wedding day right? Of course we will get those checklist portraits of you and your closest family and friends, but we’re going to make it fun!

After we finish up the posed shots I like to suggest some entertaining poses. The laughter and interaction in these shots will have you smiling every time you look back at them, and of course, they will tell a story.

One of my favorite parts of a wedding is the pure joy. Everyone is laughing and having a good time, the bride and bridesmaids are reminiscing, family members who haven’t seen each other in years are catching up, grandma is cracking jokes to the groom… These are the moments that tell the true story of your day and how you got here.

The Details

So much time and effort goes into making sure everything looks amazing at your wedding and I get it! While it might sound silly to “tell the story” behind the details, I promise you it’s not. I want you to imagine you are sitting in the room just like you were that day, looking around at how beautifully everything came together!

 

As a true believer in the power of candid documentary images, I love to capture your love story in its authenticity, documenting every joyful, emotional moment, perfectly unposed and real. I will present you with a wedding gallery that tells a true story of your day. I am a passionate observer of the details, the excitement, the laughter, and even some of the nerves.

Of course, I will photograph amazing portraits as well and check off your list of must-have wedding photos, but my documentary style will help you relive every single heartfelt moment.
